Only book this if the price is below 2200 with tax. It showed 4000, but we got it through agoda for 2100 including tax. Some staff were rude, and the towels were torn and dirty, with untidy bedspreads. I also saw a few cockroaches in the bedroom, which made me wonder about the food quality. There was no phone signal from either Airtel or Jio in any room. We changed rooms twice and had the same problem. On the first day, they refused me Wi-Fi access, saying it wasn't working. I saw a notice saying Swiggy and zomato deliveries weren't allowed, while the in-room dining prices were like those at some five-star hotels. Avoid it if you find a better option.

The staff weren't cooperative and made the place feel unwelcoming. We booked expecting ordinary hospitality, but our teammates weren't allowed to come up to our room, even for a visit of about five minutes. Nobody told us about this rule when we booked. If the policy is that strict, guests should be told beforehand so they can decide. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you expect normal guest policies and clear communication.

I haven't visited in person, only spoken with reception by phone. One receptionist gave me one set of details, then another gave completely different information. They seem focused on taking money, and I couldn't get a clear answer from anyone.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, but noise carries through. Don't include breakfast in your package, since they can't serve hot food or provide breakfast in the room. Better to order or use Swiggy/Zomato.
