Hotel Surya Plus by OYO Rooms

There were mosquitoes everywhere, and it made for my worst night. The room was dirty, as were the pillow cover and bedsheet. The toilet had no jet, just a broken hand faucet. There was no Wi-Fi or table, and they didn’t provide a towel.

The bed was awful, and the rooms and toilet were very dirty. There were no facilities available. The worst hotel in the world, never go.

The managers kept smoking, and it choked our breathing. Cleaners swept without washing their hands and transferred the water bottle over the dispenser. The toilets and wash basin weren’t cleaned, the towels and bedsheets were untidy, and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. We stayed two days before getting towels and soap on the third day. This was my worst experience with Oyo. Otherwise, Oyo service in banaras is excellent.

The rooms are so dirty, and the staff behave very rudely. There’s no fixed rate either, they bargain with every guest like it’s a market. Please don’t stay there.
