The room was absolutely the worst, and the staff were even worse. The person at reception used bad language and charged extra. No room service, cleaning, napkins, or towels. Worst hotel experience ever.

The room was so filthy I couldn't imagine living there. It smelled of cigarettes, had old broken walls and a torn bedsheet. I've never seen a room this unhygienic anywhere. The receptionist took my money first, then spoke abusively to me. His behaviour was rude from the start. Please don't book this hotel.

The location depends on where you're headed, though tuktuks are easy to get and the town centre is accessible. Most of the staff were really nice, but the guy at the front desk tried to scam us by asking for 500INR for “foreign tax”. BEWARE! The rooms looked NOTHING like the pictures. There was blood on the sheets, the toilet was dirty, and the head shower was dirty and broken. The hot water didn't work.

Everything else seemed fine, but the staff behaved very badly. They don't listen to customers and just do what they want, even when the mistake is theirs.

The washroom was damaged, the room smelled, and the bedsheet was unhygienic. There was no GEYSER, and the staff were rude. Please don't book here.
