It was inexpensive, with working WiFi and air con, and breakfast was provided. But the room felt unsafe, was empty, and was so unclean that we booked another hotel within 15 minutes of checking in. We also skipped the second night we’d planned. Many of the five-star reviews may be fake. We were left with half a roll of toilet paper and one towel to share. The booking.com listing seemed to get almost everything wrong, including the location, photos, and amenities. It claimed things like a hot tub, fireplace, bathrobes and slippers, flat-screen TV with streaming, landmark city views, trouser press, carpeted and tiled floors, balcony, tea and coffee maker, books and games, and a safety deposit box. There were holes in the sheets, a room door lock that had previously been broken and repaired, and cockroaches.

The bedspreads and pillows were stained and smelled so bad I didn’t even want to touch them. The hospitality was horrible. They said breakfast and airport drop-off were complimentary. When we were in a hurry to get to the airport later, they refused the drop-off, saying it was either breakfast or the ride, and claimed we hadn’t chosen correctly. Don’t opt for this nonsense place.

Affordable, couple-friendly, and outside food is allowed. The staff are humble and the service is good. They deal with pest control issues from time to time. Food is costly, but it’s a good place to stay.

My wife and I stayed for 25 days, and the staff behaved extremely poorly. Nobody came to clean unless we went downstairs and asked, which we had to do every other day. All the sheets were torn and the pillows were very dirty. For the entire month, the hotel had no tissue paper. When we ordered anything online, the staff and manager wouldn’t let the delivery come inside, saying deliveries weren’t allowed. I’d never recommend anyone stay here.

The location on Booking.com was very different from the actual one. The rooms were horribly dirty and had no view at all. This felt like a scam, zero out of five.
