Everything was filthy, including the laundry, and they didn't provide even basic items like soap or towels. This was a terrible, unacceptable stay, and I absolutely don't recommend the hotel. It was completely unsuitable for gentlemen.

The rooms are in a terrible state. The reception woman was especially sly, asking for my phone and then rating the place herself on the Goibibo app. Don't hand over your phone or book this hotel. Conditions here are awful.

The staff treated me well, and both the service and cleanliness were good ✨

The receptionist took my phone and submitted a rating herself. The room was dirty and smelled bad, and the online pictures were fake. Terrible experience, don't waste your time or money here.

I had a really bad stay. The bedroom was filthy, the sheets looked used, and there was a white fluid stain on them. There was also a lot of noise from other bedrooms. I wouldn't recommend this place to a woman traveling alone or to a family.
