Hotel Waterfall

Mr.Rohit was nice at reception, and the staff were super helpful when I checked in late. I stayed one night for work in a clean, comfortable room with strong AC and quick hot showers. The location worked perfectly for getting around Delhi, close to the metro and roads, and they even suggested nearby places to eat. WiFi could be faster, but it wasn’t a big issue for an overnight stay. Good value for money. I’ll return.

The food was delicious and the service very good at Hotel waterfall during my friends daughter’s wedding and Ring ceremony. Ms. Priya was in charge and very courteous, with good support from Mr. Rohit. Shiva and Jemi were very good too. I recommend organizing functions at Hotel Water fall. My thanks again to Ms Priya for her hard work and the great service she provided to the guests.

The location and staff service were good, but our experience was only okay. The rooms need an upgrade. Some had torn sofas, and the toiletries were subpar. One room had no bathroom door, and the bathrooms were dirty. Even the clean towels and linen looked dirty. The common washrooms smelled bad and had water leaks, and the wallpapers in the main event hall were in poor shape. We raised these problems when booking, about 6-7 months before the event, and were told they’d be fixed in early 2026 when the new season started. They were still there, and by then it wasn’t possible to change venues at the last minute. The property has good potential if it’s maintained properly.

The food was amazing, and our guests appreciated both the taste and variety. We recently held a marriage event at Hotel Waterfall, and the team’s professionalism and coordination kept everything running smoothly. Priya deserves special mention for her support. She was always available and handled every detail perfectly. The staff were polite, cooperative, and well trained, and the whole team was dedicated and supportive. We appreciate their efforts and highly recommend Hotel Waterfall for weddings and other special occasions.
