Kavya Residency by OYO Rooms

The location was handy for flying, just a short taxi ride from the airport, and the staff arranged a paid pickup at an inconvenient hour. I felt safe with security there around the clock. The staff were courteous and helpful, and check-in and checkout were quick, including when we arrived late. The manager was polite. My room was clean, had no odors, and came with clean towels and washcloths, soap, lotion, and coffee. The shower and toilet had good water flow. Rooms were well appointed, though I would've liked a slightly firmer mattress. Breakfast was good, and the buffet and service left nothing to complain about. The room was clean and fairly comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The atmosphere was good too. I was pleasantly surprised by Days Inn, which was more than I expected from Kavya Residency. It's an affordable business hotel in a convenient spot in Delhi. Recommended, Kavya Residency, Sector 8 Dwarka.

The beds were comfortable, the pillows were great, and the bedroom air conditioning was quiet and worked well. Each bedroom has an ensuite, there's a shared lounge on every floor, and the TV is in the bedroom. The staff helped us print our boarding passes by letting us use a computer, and they were happy to provide anything we asked for. Their hospitality was excellent, and they have a long list of reliable service providers. We had breakfast before leaving, with a relaxed feel and a rooftop view of India's sights and sounds. The terrace meals on the top floor were lovely too, including one delicious meal I had during my short stay. Breakfast had a good spread, with different options such as cornflakes and toast. The food was excellent, and the hotel was quiet, clean, and well priced. I liked the tasteful décor and wasn't disappointed after choosing the place based on reviews. The hotel's best feature is its location, within walking distance of the metro and just a couple of minutes from SECTOR _ 8 Metro station on the violet line. The rooms and surroundings were clean, the amenities were good, and breakfast was quite good. Staff were polite and helpful, especially the Doorman/Concierge and Tour Manager Shakeel Ahmad. Scammers are everywhere, so talking with him can help make sure you have the information you need for a good stay. My room had some AC trouble, but they soon moved me to an upgraded room. Ask for a road side room if you want more air, as the others might feel claustrophobic. The reception and restaurant staff could use more hospitality training and be humbler and more polite toward guests. Still, the staff were nice and friendly.

The experience was pathetic, and I won't come back. There was no power backup, so I ate dinner by the light of my phone. They made me pay for orders on delivery to the room, then the manager called at 6 a.m. about my outstanding 500 rs and sent a boy to collect it. Half asleep, I finally paid by Paytm. They have no work ethics or handover procedure.
