Lime Tree by Fabhotel

I booked because of the Fab brand, but the experience was horrible. The rooms, bed, and washroom were unhygienic, and the brackets were very limited. There are better options in the area.

Last week I booked a room at FabHotel Limetree, and they confirmed it before cancelling at the last moment. They said they'd raised their rates, so they wouldn't honor the confirmed booking. They just apologized and backed out, causing a lot of inconvenience. Very unprofessional. I hope they improve their service and how they handle customers.

After paying so much, the service was the worst I've ever experienced. They wouldn't even give us an extra blanket, and staff had no politeness or proper behavior. They asked inappropriate questions, as though we'd come for the wrong reasons. The location felt congested and scary at night, and I wouldn't recommend visiting at all. The booking policy was unreasonable too. Check in at 11 PM and checkout is still 10 AM the next morning. To extend, you have to pay for the whole next day. They don't take your arrival time into account or give you even 12 hours from check in. I'd never recommend this place to anyone.

They had no room service, so we were told to order from Swiggy, and when I asked for a cold drink they told me to order from blink it. The supposed restaurant was just a bench, a hot case, and a few cups. Calling that a restaurant is misleading. Staff were careless and had no basic hospitality. The room wasn't maintained properly and looked nothing like the listing. I had booked Limestay, but they put us in Lime Tree, a completely different hotel. It was a bait and switch. False promises and bad service. I regret staying and would tell others not to waste their money.
