The rooms felt suffocating because they were so small, and the location didn’t feel safe. Service was poor, and the lift only goes up two floors.

At midnight, people were shouting and trying to open the door. It was frightening. I complained, but nobody did anything about it. I’d advise against booking this hotel because safety is very poor.

The front office staff were very good to deal with, and the hotel is in a good location.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is clean, spacious, and well located. There are quite a few trip hazards on the way to the room, though. The lighting could be warmer, especially in rooms without windows. As it is, you get either harsh white light or total darkness. Aside from that, it’s a nice, solid three-star hotel.

A great spot for family parties and kitty gatherings. They serve vegetarian food only.
