The rooms were dirty and dusty, the washroom wasn't clean, and there was a bad smell. Beds were very hard and the AC was noisy. There's no lift, and the place felt like an old house turned into a hotel without much thought for guest comfort. It needs a complete makeover. I changed hotels despite the low price and wouldn't stay here.

The management needs to pay attention to the basics. Bedsheets and laundry were dirty, the pantry had only the bare necessities, and in some rooms the phone or bathroom geyser didn't work. The lift's third-floor button was out of order, and there was no power backup. The hotel signboard was missing too.

I had a terrible interaction with the staff. When I raised an issue, one person smoked in front of me, spoke rudely, and, I believe, was drunk. After I asked for the owner, he abused me and said he was the owner. The staff weren't cooperative or in uniform, and the hotel is directly opposite a slum area. I wouldn't stay here. You can find better hotels for less.

The room and bed smelled bad, the area around the hotel was very poor, and the lift wasn't working. At least parking was available, and the staff were good. In my view, it shouldn't cost more than 800 a night.

The TV had cable and the Wi-Fi worked fine. The linens and walls weren't clean, though, and there were no toiletries.
