The receptionist even touched and used my mobile without asking, and the service was awful. When I tried to explain myself, he wasn't listening properly and behaved very casually. He didn't bring the breakfast on time, so I had to skip it even though I'd paid for it when booking. Power to the room was cut at 5:30 am, leaving it completely stuffy, and the room and bathroom were unclean. The bedsheets, blanket, and pillow cover were all very dirty. The whole room felt like a garbage environment, and they don't know how to attend to clients. I can only give one star because there's no negative rating. I'd give this hotel -5 marks. Please don't choose it under any circumstances, even if they offer you a free room. In your dreams, don't stay here. A footpath would be better than this room.

The room was incredibly damp and hard to breathe in, and the WiFi was very weak. They operate under another name, The Westend Green, which seemed weird to me. After I arrived, they cancelled my booking, and they wouldn't accept the card payment they'd promised, so I had to pay cash. They also added 100 rupees to the price. The whole thing sounded like a scam. Please avoid.

The hotel manager was creepy, had no ethics, and was very rude. Don't take a room there, even if someone offers it for free. Fraud, fraud, fraud.

The receptionist was very rude and kept insisting. The room was dirty, and I even found a condom wrapper in it. When I first arrived, there was a guy sleeping in the lobby. I booked through "booking.com", and the description and pictures were fake. At this price, I'd advise looking somewhere else.
