The staff were genuinely helpful, but I had a rough stay. There was a blood mark on the bed cover, the sink stopped running for a while, and my coffee cup had a bit of dish soap in it. At first the front desk wouldn't give me a key fob and said they'd open the door each time, so I had to push to get one. The helpful staff were the only bright spot. I hope things improve.

The entrance to the hotel wasn't kept up well. The staff were friendly, though, and when I asked to switch rooms they were helpful enough to arrange it. A few of the rooms seemed okay.

The rooms felt cramped and stuffy, and there was dust everywhere. The lift smelled bad, the Wi-Fi was poor, and the room was sticky. There was no water and no complimentary coffee. A total waste.

It's an old property and didn't feel like a nice place to stay. The food and other services were satisfactory, but my experience overall wasn't good.

The food cost too much, and the kitchen was really bad. Service wasn't proper either. Before booking this kind of hotel, think it over and check that it has a proper reception and a good front view when you search. Those things weren't there here.
