The room was filthy, and the service was just as bad. I was moved here from Hotel Fairmount inn, another branch in the same area, but the room they gave me was on the terrace and covered in dust and cigarette ends. The sheets and towel were dirty, and the bathroom looked like a public toilet. They didn't even give me a room key. There was no lift, so I had to haul my huge bags down three floors to the ground. I called reception to ask for a bucket because there wasn't one in the bathroom, but they wouldn't bring it. At checkout, the receptionist still had the nerve to ask me for a good review. I only stayed about four hours because I had an early flight, and even that was too much. Be careful with this place and don't book it. One star is the minimum, and it doesn't deserve even that.

It's hard to find because there's no sign showing that this is an OYO hotel. The rooms looked nice in the photos, but the one I got smelled bad and was in poor shape, with a dirty mattress and no cleanliness. The food was average.

The staff weren't cooperative, and the room had problem after problem. It smelled bad, the bathroom door was broken, and there was no geyser or hot water. No water came from the washbasin, the bed had holes, and the AC was leaking.

The room itself was good, but the staff weren't. Room service took far too long, and the receptionist was rude to me and never smiled. I won't stay here again.
