The food was great, and the staff were well trained and gave good service. The place itself was good, and I had no complaints during my stay. Finding it took some effort at first, though. Google Maps points to a parallel lane, so I had to call OYO care to get the local number. It's in a prime location.
It has a bungalow-like feel and the rooms are nice, so it doesn't really feel like a hotel. The location is good, but the service let me down. The towel was worn out along the edges. Breakfast was meant to start at 7:30, but no one answered when I called reception three times. When I went down at 8:05, the guy there was asleep and told me it'd be another 30 minutes. I had to leave without eating.
South Delhi is a convenient location, and the rooms are clean with toiletries provided. Rainy weather can make them feel a bit stuffy. Breakfast is decent, and there's a menu for other orders, though the kitchen only runs at set times. With an OYO booking, I don't expect much beyond the basics and a secure place, and this is a decent spot to stay.
Mr. Dheeraj, the manager, was especially kind and helpful, and the rest of the staff were the best I've come across so far. I was traveling with my daughter, and when she wouldn't eat, they cooked whatever I asked for, even at 11:00 pm. We had most of our meals there and plenty of tea, yet our three nights cost only 7-8k. The hotel is a little tucked away, but I never had trouble getting a cab. Thanks OYO for a wonderful stay. I'd definitely recommend it.
Clean, spacious rooms, nice food, and good service from polite, helpful staff. It's a little way in from the main road, but Maps gets the location right, so taxi drivers had no trouble finding it. Great stay...
