The catering was spectacular, and the staff were well trained. Moving from the ceremony to the reception went smoothly, while valet service and the convenient Ring Road location took logistical stress off our guests. We hosted an event at Hotel Jageer Palace, and planning with the management was professional, with great attention to detail. The banquet halls were spacious and beautifully lit, suited to grand celebrations without feeling crowded. They made sure every requirement was met and exceeded. For a West Delhi venue that blends modern elegance with traditional warmth, this is the place. Highly recommended for weddings and milestone celebrations.

I felt more stressed here than relaxed. The rooms were dirty, service was terrible, staff were rude, and there was zero professionalism. They seemed to care more about taking money than treating guests properly. This hotel deserves negative stars. Save your money and book anywhere else.

The staff never fixed the basic problems, even after I complained several times. The intercom, fridge, TV, and WiFi were all out of order, and some basic amenities were missing too. A very disappointing stay, I wouldn't recommend it.

I've stayed at plenty of hotels, but this was a bad experience. I felt unwell and asked the two women at reception to have someone bring me medicine. They refused two or three times. The staff and service weren't good.
