I booked Oyo Hotel Priva, booking ID GQKB1508, for a total booking amount of 450 rupees. I had also paid 150 at booking, but at the hotel they asked me for another 660 rupees in cash. When I reached reception at around 10:15, no attendant was there. I called several times before anyone finally answered. They gave me room 102, which was completely messed up. Beer and liquor bottles and a condom were scattered around, and the bedsheets were very dirty. The toilet seat was filthy too, and there was no water supply. This was completely different from what was shown before booking. I believe they are cheating their customers, and I was very disappointed with the service. I've attached pictures of the room from when I was there. Please take action against this Oyo and seal it. I also want to complain and request a refund. I look forward to a positive response and action on this matter.

I couldn't find any reviews rated lower than this. It's the most horrible and worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Don't waste your money here. You're better off staying at a bus stop than spending a night in this place. The experience was awful.

The rooms were very unhygienic, and the bathroom wasn't very clean. We had to wait a whole day for the bed mattress to be changed. Check-in was erratic, and they demanded more money than the booking amount. The area seems to have water supply issues most of the time, so think twice before staying here.

When I arrived after paying the full amount online, they said there were no rooms available and didn't refund me. The owner and staff behaved very badly. The room had no facilities: the AC, TV, and Wi-Fi weren't working. This online booking system is a fraud. This is a very bad hotel in all of Delhi.

The online price was 600, but when I arrived he demanded 800 rupees. The room wasn't good, the AC didn't work, and the bathroom was awful. Very bad hotel.
