We arrived to find the hotel wouldn't honor our booking, even though we'd booked online ten days earlier and paid in full. We were told to book another room without paying upfront, but when we saw it, the price was more than double what we'd already paid. We were in Delhi for a couple of nights on our way from Bangalore to Himachal a few weeks ago, and this caused a lot of hassle. Call ahead to confirm they'll give you a room. If you do book here, don't pay in advance, since getting your money back could take weeks. I'd avoid the hotel if you want to prevent this kind of disruption to your trip.

I was charged an extra amount at the property, on top of the online booking price. They asked for 100% more, calling it GST and conveyance, and I had booked through the OYO app. I wish I'd checked the Google reviews first. I wouldn't book this property through OYO or pay the 10% or 100% through an OYO payment link, because I was asked to pay the same amount again at the hotel counter. I've seen similar complaints before, and the OYO customer care response was just more lies on the phone, with no help for customers who get caught up in this.

There was no water for bathing from early morning, and the towel left bits of cloth on my face and skin. The staff were cooperative, and the bedsheets and furniture were clean. Still, it wasn't a very good experience.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel for senior citizens. After check-in, dinner was rubbery rotis and potatoes that weren't boiled properly, yet this awful vegetarian meal cost Rs 500 per person. They serve the same complimentary breakfast without considering where in India a guest comes from, and don't seem to care what guests think. When I reported the problem, they threatened to block me on OYO. They can go ahead, as if theirs is the last hotel in Delhi. The food bill is available, and a legal complaint will follow about the bad food.
