OYO 358 Hotel Golden Leaf

I arranged a room here for my parents, and they had a lovely stay. The staff were attentive and helpful, and meals arrived on time. Cleanliness and hospitality were both outstanding. We'd gladly come back, and I'd recommend the hotel.

The team and management were helpful, and the staff treated us very well during our three-day family stay. The room was only okay for cleanliness: it wasn't cleaned each day, and there were small cockroaches in it. That's the part I didn't like. Apart from that, we had a good experience.

At ₹2500 a night, the service comes close to what I'd expect from a five-star hotel, so I think it's well worth the price. The rooms were very clean and hygienic, and the staff were humble and quick to help, even better than at some five-star places. They have their own restaurants, and you can also order food online to your room at any time. A real gem if you're on a budget. I loved staying here and highly recommend a visit.

The service was genuinely good, and the staff were polite and helpful. They'd bring whatever I asked for, and the food was good, though the menu was limited. Rooms vary: some have been renovated, while others still have older ACs and geysers. Even so, everything worked. It fit my budget and made for a decent stay.
