The receptionist demanded 2000 when I arrived, even though I’d booked through Oyo. The room was tiny and the TV didn’t work, and they wouldn’t allow unmarried couples because they have their own rules. I checked out within an hour, but they didn’t refund the booking. Worse, the hotel staff misplaced my identity card. One of the worst experiences I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

There were insects in the room, and water wasn’t available from 8 pm until 9 am. The management was very poor, and the service and hygiene were terrible. The food cost a lot and had no taste. Please don’t visit this hotel.

They showed 1108 on the OYO booking, but when I got there they asked for 2000 rs. The staff have no manners and, in my view, they’re liars. I’ve never seen people or service like this. I think your receptionists or staff will get your OYO portal shut down soon.

It’s in a quiet, uncrowded area, and the metro station is within walking distance. The rooms are big enough for a couple, and the staff are polite, though sometimes they seem frustrated for personal reasons. They don’t provide the Oyo breakfast on the same day, and the price is expensive.

The rooms look like the pictures and are spacious and nice. Everything else was as it should be, but some rooms need maintenance because they smell damp.
