OYO 37055 M R Residency

The only bright spot was one office staff member who helped us plan an outing. The rest was a mess: the toilet hadn't been flushed, rubbish had been sitting by the entrance for who knows how long, and the sheets smelled as if they hadn't been washed. The heater didn't work, so there was no hot water either. At checkout, don't hand over your phone. They used it to give themselves a five-star rating, making it look as if we loved the stay.

Getting our heavy bags down from the third floor was left to us, since nobody came to help at checkout. The mattress was really bad, though the room itself was okay. The area was in a slum and finding the place was a real task. I wouldn't recommend it for couples. The reception boys got angry when I paid Oyo directly online and even threatened to cancel a future booking if I did that again.

At MR residency, the staff were rude, and the complimentary breakfast came on their terms. They said customers should never be asked what they prefer for breakfast. It was the worst OYO experience for me.
