OYO 383 Hotel Divine Paradise

Room 304 was unhygienic and not properly functional. There was no landline, the wifi didn’t work, basic toiletries were missing, the room leaked, the cupboards were broken, and the charging slots didn’t work. They denied us an upgrade. My friend and I had a frightening stay here. The place felt shady, and the staff were arrogant and unresponsive. From a woman’s perspective, I’d strongly advise against staying here. It was the worst experience of my life.

The fresh, well-prepared food felt homely, and the staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming from the start. Divine Paradise, Manali, was one of my best stays in the hills. It’s surrounded by nature and away from the noise, but only a short drive from the main town. The spacious, clean rooms have elegant modern interiors and large windows with stunning mountain views. It felt like waking up to a postcard, with all the comforts you’d expect from a quality hotel. A peaceful choice for couples, families, or anyone wanting some quiet. I highly recommend Divine Paradise Manali and can’t wait to return.

The condition was extremely poor, the service was the worst, and the staff were very rude. The bedsheets, towels, and room were all dirty.

Getting around from here was easy, and the location is the one real advantage. Inside, though, there was dust everywhere and the duvets were so dirty that we had to ask for the room to be cleaned again. Noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms carried straight in, so the huge room didn’t feel private at all. The washroom was decent, but the staff weren’t cordial or helpful. We left unhappy and wouldn’t recommend it, even at the economy price, unless it’s a last resort.
