OYO 4184 Hotel Raj

The staff and manager were friendly, and breakfast was tasty and good. But room 202 was dirty until I called housekeeping to clean it, and the balcony was so filthy that even they couldn't manage it, so we didn't use it. The washroom was horrible, with broken fittings and water that wouldn't flow through the basin. The whole hotel needs a deep clean immediately.

It's close to the airport, though tucked inside a narrow lane. The rooms were quite clean, and it can be a good place for one night before a flight. Still, the service was disorganized. Even though we'd booked two hours earlier, our rooms weren't ready when we arrived. That felt unprofessional, and we had to ask for every amenity because none had been provided.

The room was dingy and dim, and it stank. The toilet was dirty, there was a leak, and the basin tap, flush, and Jatter weren't working properly. Room service was slow and unprofessional, and it took more than ten reminders to get anything done. It's a place to say no to in bold. Oyo was supposed to refund me, but so far I've only had verbal confirmation. The photos on the Oyo App don't match the real property. It's been a nightmare and the worst experience at your property. Visit and see for yourself.

Tea and breakfast are complimentary, but you may not be lucky enough to get them. You can order food, though it's too expensive, and they don't allow outside food. Even getting a bottle of water means asking them for a favor. Housekeeping is so-so. It's a budget hotel, and I'd recommend it only for a few hours' halt.
