OYO 46441 1 Plus One Hotel Residency

I was quoted ₹419 when I booked, but at the property they wanted ₹800 for the same room. When I wouldn’t pay the extra, they refused to check me in, so the whole thing wasted my money and time. The staff were arrogant, and they said my OYO or other-platform booking didn’t include air conditioning. That condition hadn’t been mentioned during booking, and when I asked where the AC option was, they couldn’t explain it.

The rooms were dirty, and the staff behaved very badly toward me and my partner, abusing us. My phone also got damaged. Please check this place before booking. If negative ratings were possible, that’s what I’d give it.

After I’d already paid the full amount on the OYO website, they charged me another 1000 rupees per guest per day. Their explanation was that they hadn’t received confirmation from OYO, and that they don’t take OYO guests on Saturdays or Sundays.

After I complained, they finally gave me a room, but it was in awful shape: dirty, with a non-working AC and no room service. They’d first refused to give me a room because I’d booked through Goibibo, and demanded extra money or told me to leave. The staff were very rude. Avoid this hotel.
