I booked OYO 4882 Golden Park, Sector 7, Dwarka late at night on 03 February 2020, around 3 a.m. After I paid and called the hotel, the staff refused to let me check in. If OYO accepts a booking at that hour and the hotel works to OYO's standards, why take the money and then deny the service? I ended up spending the whole night at my office. The staff spoke very rudely and told me to talk to OYO. Why should I have to?

Everything else was fine, and the room itself was clean and okay. The bedsheets could've been cleaner, though, and there weren't any towels in the bathroom.

The rooms were good, but mine had no mirror or clothes hanger, and the washroom exhaust fan wasn't working.

I can't give this place a lower rating. From check-in onward, everything went wrong, and I have a whole list of complaints. I'd strongly avoid it. It seems to be used for prostitution and drinking.

The hotel's dirty, with cockroaches everywhere. I stayed because the staff were pleasant and the service was good, and the location was convenient, but the place really isn't clean.
