I left after less than four hours. The room at Delight Stay was in awful shape, with beer cans and other nasty stuff under the bed. It hadn’t been cleaned before I was given it, and the staff treated me badly. They didn’t care about me or my belongings. After check-in, they wouldn’t give me a room key, saying lots of customers had taken the hotel keys. I also had no idea what kind of cheap girls were there. Don’t go. OYO just takes your money, then leaves you to hell.

The bathroom was disgusting, with red stains and spit all over it. The room was so dirty you couldn’t stay for even an hour, had no lock, and the bedsheets were in bad shape. The helpline was just as bad. Nobody handled the call properly, and they all hung up after taking my details. This was my first and last time using OYO. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I used to think OYO rooms had consistent, decent quality, but this stay proved me wrong. The bedsheets were dirty, there was no water in the bathroom, and there were no fresh towels. The room was about 3 by 3 and felt like a prison cell. A horrible stay that ruined my whole day.

The room and bedsheets were dirty, and nobody was around for room service. The main door gets locked at about 10 PM and doesn’t open again until 10 in the morning. The caretaker was so lazy he didn’t wake up even after I knocked for 10-15 minutes. Worst OYO service I’ve seen.

There was no hygiene: the bedsheets were dirty, the bathroom had no towel or tissues, and there was no cupboard. The room hadn’t been serviced after other people used it, and there was no room service. I even complained and asked them at least to change the sheets, but they didn’t take it seriously. Poor service.
