OYO 85984 Hotel Happy Spring

The lady manager was helpful and cooperative, but the other manager was rude and the service was awful. The bathroom hygiene was poor, and the bedsheets and towel were dirty. The location was hard to figure out, with no hotel sign outside. Something seems off between OYO and the hotel. A day before my visit, the app showed 688 as the pay-at-hotel price and advised me not to pay online. I trusted that. When I arrived, the app showed 1100 rupees. They said OYO had changed it because I was paying late, but after checkout I contacted OYO and downloaded a receipt showing 700. It was a bad experience.

The room was filthy, and the mattress had stains. It wasn’t peaceful during the stay, and other customers seemed to be dealing with the same issue. It might be okay for a couple, but there’s no safety or privacy, and the lock doesn’t work, so stay at your own risk. I booked through OYO and paid 598 rupees. At the hotel, they said I’d made the wrong booking and had to pay another 1300. It was raining, so I paid.

Good hotel, nice room, and the staff were all good 🏨

Nice room, good hotel, and very good staff 😊
