The rooms are good, but the service is unreliable. Staff seem lazy and unprofessional, and cleaning isn’t done properly.

I urgently needed a room, so I paid them 600 extra. They demand more money and won’t give you a room if you refuse. I called customer care, but they didn’t help with the issue. Please avoid this Oyo if you don’t want to waste your time and money.

They didn't give me a room. The hotel and staff were both third class.

They didn't clean the room even after two days. Don't stay here.
