OYO 9273 Surya Palace

The staff are very caring and treat me like family. I've stayed at SURYA PLACE HOTEL many times, and every visit feels relaxing and tension-free, like being at home rather than in a hotel. They arrange nice food, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hotel is near every facility, so it's easy to walk out and buy what you need. The staff take great care of us each time, and I give SURYA PLACE HOTEL a full 10 out of 10 stars. Great experience and a relaxing atmosphere.

I stayed for 6 days and booked nearly 7-8 rooms daily. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help, so I can comfortably give this place 5 stars. Room sizes vary by floor: two are bigger than the third, and the ones ending in 3 are usually the smallest. For example, 203,303,403 are the smallest rooms in surya palace. The rest are quite spacious.

The staff were polite and otherwise gave good service, but the room stank. Even the air from the AC smelled, and the room freshener they sprayed only helped briefly. We just managed through the rest of the night. The quilt and pillow covers weren’t clean, and they refused to change them. We did ask pretty late, so I’m not sure whether that was unreasonable of us. There were other things we let go, but the smell was too much. For a discounted ₹600 room, maybe you can overlook everything else, but how are you meant to breathe in a stinking room? It’s rated 4 point something on oyo, but that rating doesn’t fit.

Aishwarya mam was especially nice, and the staff in general behaved very well. The hotel is close to the metro and main road, with quick check-in and no waiting. My room was clean, the washroom was clean and hygienic, and the AC worked smoothly. They have Wi-Fi and room service, with lunch and dinner served right in your room. Best hotel in dwarka sec7.
