I had booked two rooms for two couples and paid online through the OYO app. The booking was confirmed by a representative, but when I arrived, the manager denied it and demanded more money. He was very rude. OYO customer service couldn't help, so I ended up out on the road with my family at 6am, looking for another hotel.

I was left stranded in the middle of the night, and OYO didn't refund my money either. I had booked and paid online through the Oyo app for three guests, with the booking confirmed. When I called the hotel at 11 at night for directions, I found the address was wrong, and they denied the booking. They also refused to accommodate three guests. The attendants were rude on the phone. First they said they hadn't received payment, then claimed there was no booking in my name, making nonsense excuses to get out of it. A complete waste. Stop scamming people.

The room had no water bottle, no cleaning, and a broken flush. The owner charged us more than the Oyo booking price. We had confirmed the amount with him by phone, but when we arrived he refused to check us in at that price. He took my phone and rated the stay himself. He also left the booking active and showed a price of 570, though we had paid him 800. A really awful experience with a very rude owner. I wouldn't recommend going there or booking through Oyo. The offers seem to lead to paying extra at check-in, and customer care didn't resolve anything.

The room was filthy, and the property didn't even have Oyo posters outside. Staff kept knocking, and they deliberately turned off the electricity, apparently so they could come in and bother us. They also pressured and nearly threatened me to hand over my phone, then gave themselves a five-star rating on it. I booked and arrived, but first they claimed they hadn't received a reservation. Then they said it was for one person and were extremely rude. Oyo had a technical issue, so I stepped outside to call them. An Oyo representative connected me with a property manager, who told me to come upstairs and said our reservation had been approved. It was a horrible experience. The reviews here look fake to me. They are thugs.

This place is at the wrong location. If you find the correct one, they'll say it isn't listed in Oyo and demand more money. Once you're in the room, there are condoms everywhere. Stay away.
