The room was filthy, with broken bathroom taps, a flush that didn't work, dirty towels, no AC remote, and a TV that wasn't working. Breakfast we'd been promised wasn't available either, though they later agreed to provide egg and toast. We were the only guests in the four-storey property. Finding the place was a struggle. Google Maps marked it at Haiderpur Badli metro station, and searching the address also led to the wrong spot. Gobind Mohalla is so congested that a vehicle can easily get stuck. It took nearly an hour after we called before a staff member came to guide us, and even the Zomato delivery person got lost bringing dinner. The staff member was helpful, but this was basically the worst hotel ever.

The location was bad, and the rooms were filthy. There were no curtains in the room, the glass was damaged, and the AC only worked for 5-10 minutes at most. I asked to move to another room and was flatly refused. The staff were extremely rude and the washroom was awful. I checked out after a very bad experience, then asked for my money back and was refused. Please don't ruin your mood by staying here.

The area and location are very bad. OYO's photos made the room look good, but in reality it was very dirty. Don't book this hotel.

The room was awful, and the surroundings didn't feel safe either. Don't trust the photos they shared.

Don't go here, especially if you're with family or your girlfriend. You'll have a horrible experience.
