The staff were untrained, rude, and unprofessional, and I found the people running this so-called hotel dishonest. They attract guests with misleading photos and won't refund your money when you ask. The neighborhood is noisy and unpleasant, with no privacy, and the cramped approach damaged my car. There is no parking. I had a terrible stay and wouldn't recommend coming here when better hotels cost less.

After I used an Oyo coupon, the online booking showed a room price of 460, which I paid. I called the hotel to confirm, but the hotelier spoke rudely and said they wouldn't give me a room for that amount, despite my having paid online. Oyo was at fault for one part of this, and the rude staff and messy service at flagship hotel 80101 mohit plaza were another problem.

This review is for Oyo, not the hotel. You people need to learn how to give customers good service.

The rooms weren't good, and the staff behaved badly. The manager and staff were also not good and very lazy.

The room was smelly and in poor condition, and the price felt too high for the location. I wouldn't recommend it.
