At night, people smoke around your room, which makes staying there unpleasant. The place also doesn't seem suitable for families. We expected a room with all the facilities, but that wasn't what we got. Cleanliness and water were major problems, they wouldn't give us extra towels, and the refrigerator was just for show and didn't work. You'll run into these kinds of issues here. Look for better options around Gautam Nagar instead.

I booked for two people, but when I arrived they had it down as one and charged me another 400. The room was awful, with no water or TV, and a filthy washroom without soap. Even a 300 rupee dharamshala would be better. The bedsheets and pillows were sorry, and my friend was upset. I still can't believe this happened. I trusted the OYO app and didn't read the reviews first. Is this how OYO cheats people? Shame on OYO. I'm still in shock.

They had no rooms available even though I'd booked well in advance, so they gave us their personal rooms instead. Water from the leaking bathroom ran into the room. The owner was helpful, but that doesn't make this good business. I'm very dissatisfied and wouldn't recommend it to anybody.

The hotel man wanted extra money to let me stay. I tried asking OYO about it, but they cut off the call and never got back to me. Another awful experience with OYO. I uninstalled the app this time. Pathetic service from both OYO and the hotel. Ban OYO.

The receptionist was nice, and there's a shop selling amazing food nearby, which is a plus. But the room smells like silan, the washroom is tiny, and there aren't room keys. The area feels quite spooky. At 500-700 rupees, it'd be okay for one night if a room is available, but I wouldn't stay longer.
