OYO Townhouse 023 CR Park

Nothing like the Google photos, and one of the worst places we've stayed. The room smelled bad, the bedroom and bathroom were very dirty, and the sheets and pillowcase were dirty too. The door latches didn't work properly, and when the card failed, they opened the door through a hole in it. There was no hot water, the intercom didn't work, and room service was awful. We had to ask for the complimentary breakfast and it arrived an hour later. Then, when checking out, they tried to charge us extra for that same breakfast.

Not safe for women. Mohit at reception was terrible with customers. He first added an extra amount to the room booking, then gave me a bad room. When I complained, he told me to contact Oyo for a refund and said they could move me to another hotel. The room had no working TV or AC, and they threatened to shift me, even though it would be a waste of time. Staff at Mahipalpur are better than here. Mohit especially had no basic manners when speaking to me as a woman.

The location is right on the road and deserves five stars. Staff were okay, though not especially warm. The room had a foul smell that lingered even after they sprayed air freshener. I also found the pricing on the app misleading: there was a big difference between the booking price and the amount at check-in, despite confirming the booking. I couldn't take a screenshot, so I can't prove it, but this needs to be addressed because it creates pricing and trust issues for OYO Town house. The food menu at the property was from FAB Hotels, which surprised me, and staff said it was a fab property.

The main issue wasn't the room size, it was how dirty and poorly kept everything felt. There were red marks on the walls, possibly paan stains, and I wouldn't want to touch them, let alone sleep on the stained sheets. The tiny washroom smelled bad too. The pictures may look appealing, but the place itself was disappointing. I wouldn't book here, and OYO customer care wasn't able to help.
