Everything else was good, with no bad experience apart from this. The stay was nice, the room was hygienic, and the staff responded well. On the second day, though, they charged us 200 extra, saying weekends cost more, even though it was Friday. We'd paid 200 less on Thursday, and had only extended our stay by one day in the same room. I don't think that extra charge was fair.

The room smelled awful and wasn't hygienic at all. There was tobacco spit all over the wall, and I saw a used condom stuck on it. The room and sheets were dirty. I have photos in my gallery, but there's no way to upload them here. Such a disappointing, very bad experience.

Even though I wasn't happy with anything and didn't stay, I was charged the full amount. As soon as we walked in, the room smelled terrible and the sheets were stained. The washroom felt like a roadside urinal, and we couldn't last even five minutes. I called reception, and the guy showed us three other rooms, all in the same condition. What are they charging for? OYO TOWNHOUSE is a brand name, yet these rooms were pathetic. Never recommending it. Amazing customer service @oyotownhouse. Shame!

The price felt a bit high to me. Maybe 1100-1200 would make more sense, since there's no breakfast, the rooms are cramped, the beds are smaller than in other townhouses, and the lift wasn't working. I didn't try the food, so I can't comment on it. The place is easy to reach by the roadside and newly built, and the reception staff were polite and helpful. Rooms have less space but plenty of amenities.

The staff, cleanliness, amenities, and Wi-Fi were all great. The place itself was simple and sober, and the stay was good 😊. One thing bothered me, though: when I first came to stay, they offered accommodation at a lower price than the price I'd booked at. It seemed like they were promoting themselves instead of letting the sites grow.
