The room and washroom were both very dirty, and the photos online were completely fake. I arrived at 7:30 with my booking ID, but the person there said he couldn’t see it and wouldn’t give me a room. After keeping me waiting until 11:30, they said they’d let me stay only if I paid another 1500, even though I’d already paid them 1400. I felt helpless and paid. I called Oyo customer care many times and spent three hours talking to them, but still got no proper response.

After I spoke to Agoda customer care, they eventually let us check in. The rooms were filthy, with broken handles and windows, and no TV. Before that, they refused to check us in, saying the rate was too cheap and they didn’t sell rooms at that price. The owners and some other people there were unprofessional, made us wait an hour, and didn’t even apologize. It was my first time there and I won’t be back.

The staff were disgusting about our Agoda booking and refused us a room at check-in. First they made an issue of our physical ID. Once they had checked it, they suddenly said the Agoda rate was too cheap and they couldn’t give us a room for that price.

The rooms aren’t clean, though the staff are good. They asked us to leave before checkout time. They said the low price was to attract customers, then asked for extra money afterward. Save your money and don’t go there.

Everything was poor quality. The rooms and beds were dirty, and for 1000 rupees the beds and pillows should at least be clean. Please, nobody should stay here.
