We picked this hotel for an official event at AIIMS Delhi, which is only 5 minutes away. It was listed as a 3-star hotel, and after staying there, I felt it didn't let us down in any aspect. The attached The Clay Oven restuarant is very good, with north Indian, south Indian and Chinese food. We were especially glad to have south Indian breakfast like idly. The food was very nice, the rooms were clean, and the staff were kind and friendly. Linen, toiletries and room service were all perfect. I'll definitely stay here again if I return to Delhi, and would recommend it to anyone attending an event at AIIMS delhi.

The shower had a small problem, but they fixed it. It's an older property, though the rooms are nice. We felt safer here with our elderly parents, since it's in a residential area in the heart of the city. The market was nearby, the food was very tasty, and the staff were helpful. A great experience, and we'll visit again.

The price is five-star, but the service is zero. Think twice before going. The night receptionist was extremely rude, and an omelet took an hour to arrive. Everything gets added to the bill. First time in my life I asked for a matchbox and got only matchsticks. That's when I learned matchsticks are kept safely without the box.

Cockroaches shared the terrible room with me. The staff were uncooperative and unnecessarily rude and arrogant. Food prices were far too high for what you get.

The menu has Indian, Continental and Asian choices, with plenty for vegetarian and non-vegetarian diners, plus some fusion dishes. Food was delicious and nicely presented. Starters tasted fresh, the main courses were flavorful and well portioned, and desserts were satisfying. The ingredients seemed good quality. Service was polite, attentive and professional, with prompt ordering and care around special requests. The hospitality felt consistent and genuine. It's a calm, welcoming place with comfortable seating and tasteful decor, suitable for dining alone, with family or with friends. Prices are a little premium but felt fair for the food, service and experience. The restaurant was well maintained, with clean tables and sanitized utensils. Hygiene appeared high, and even the kitchen, if visible, looked neat and organized. A good setting for a relaxed meal, business lunch or special dinner.
