We switched rooms twice, and each one was worse. The bathrooms were disgusting, and the bed had awful stains that nobody even tried to hide. Dust covered the bed and cupboard, as if they hadn’t been cleaned for ages. Floors were dirty, the walls had damp, mold, and rust, and the ACs didn’t work. Staff only came to help after repeated calls. There were no toiletries. When we asked for an extra towel, they refused, and they also wouldn’t provide a toothbrush or toothpaste, which other 3 star fabhotels provide. For 4k+ for two nights, this was a waste. Public restrooms are cleaner and better maintained than these rooms. The only good thing about the hotel is that there’s a door you can use to get out of this filthy place.

The staff and service were pathetic, and they used abusive language. We were left waiting for hours and hours for water or tea. It was one of the worst stays I’ve had. My sincere request to consumers: don’t waste your money here.

There was plenty of parking, but that was the only thing I found good here. I chose the hotel because of its rating and ended up having a terrible stay. The floors were dirty, and the door locks were in such poor shape that they were unacceptable.

The TV and AC barely worked, and the staff were uncooperative. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely dirty. The worst property I've seen, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The washrooms were tiny and barely usable, and the door handles were fitted so badly they hurt my hand when I opened or closed them. Even the water bottles were rusted around the mouth. Hi tea was listed as included, but it wasn't provided. It wasn't worth the money. Please find somewhere else to stay.
