Roseate House

Joginder, the head concierge at Roseate House, gave me some of the best hotel service I’ve ever had. During my stay in late February 2026, he went out of his way to sort out a parcel delivery that had gone wrong. He followed up several times, contacted the company, and kept coordinating even after I’d left the hotel and India. Thanks to Joginder and the whole Roseate House team for being so hospitable during my time there.

The bed in our room felt unstable, as if it could shift or break with very little movement, because it wasn’t set on a solid, hard surface. We didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on it. When we raised the issue, three or four staff members said hard-surface beds were available and they’d look into moving us. We waited almost an hour without a clear answer, then were told there were no rooms to move to. About an hour later, manager Ankita said the hotel didn’t have hard-surface beds at all. We’d already lost nearly an hour and a half of the evening, so I asked for a refund. I didn’t want to spend such an important night feeling unsafe and dissatisfied. We’d booked The Roseate for Valentine’s Day, our first one after getting married, and had been looking forward to celebrating at a property marketed as luxury. Instead, the contradictory answers and lack of communication left us confused and frustrated. Why weren’t we told sooner, and why were we kept waiting? Apart from the infrastructure, nothing felt premium. The service was very poor, the room quality didn’t justify the price, and the stay felt underwhelming and overpriced. What should have been a beautiful, memorable occasion turned into a disappointing evening. I don’t understand the hype. If you’re spending that much, I’d suggest looking at a well-known five-star place such as Taj or Hyatt. A waste of time, money, and a very special occasion.

The pool was awesome and the restaurant was nice. Arun, the duty manager at the front desk, helped me and my friends have a great time in the club lounge. We enjoyed it a lot, and the experience felt similar to Ritz Carlton Bangalore!! Thanks for making my bachelorette memorable. Bravo 👏

The pool is lovely, with good views of the airport. The architecture is beautiful, and the water, plants, and muted colors make the place feel really calming. A true jewel. Check-in was a bit chaotic, with phone calls happening on several phones at once and more waiting than I expected. That was especially frustrating since I’d called ahead specifically to ask whether rooms were available.
