The hotel's location is good and convenient, but the rooms are old and poorly maintained. Cleanliness was bad: during our four-day stay, housekeeping didn't clean the room or change the sheets. The staff weren't very friendly or welcoming either. Having to pay the full amount in advance felt uncomfortable given the experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to families.

The staff were rude and kept making excuses. They said there'd be a kitchen when we booked, but there wasn't one. The bedsheets were torn, and the toilet was very unhygienic, with a broken seat. The kettle was broken too, and there was no YouTube or Wi-Fi. We had a horrible experience.

The food was awful. I ordered veg noodles and they were so disgusting I threw them away, then ordered something else from Zomato. The place was dirty by Western standards, and they made me pay upfront, as if I might run off. The young male staff were very impolite and disrespectful to guests, and the day shift receptionist was unfriendly and unwelcoming. This is a real review, thank you.
