The Curtis By OYO Rooms

I visited in June 2018 and cancelled my booking straight away. The hotel is only about 200 meter from the metro, but I didn't feel it was suitable for a family. The route felt unsafe, with barren land and large hurbs growing on one side, and it felt like going into a horrible palace. There was construction near the hotel, and the last 50 meter of road was uneven soil. The area felt like a Basti. I don't know why OYO listed it, it's ruining OYO's image. Not recommended for families. Only boys can stay there if there are no family safety concerns.

The stay and room amenities were fine, but the bills were handled carelessly. I had to correct them three times about the food amount I owed. I paid the full bill for the food I'd ordered the day before checkout, and didn't order anything afterward, but the next morning they asked me to pay again, saying my payment hadn't been recorded. That's not my responsibility. After an hour, they called the receptionist I'd paid to confirm that I had settled it.

I stayed at hotel Curtis around 6 months back. It was newly opened then, and had good accommodation facilities. The AC rooms were budget friendly and good value. You could get tasty veg and non veg food delivered to the room at moderate prices, and OYO online booking was available with complementary breakfast for OYO guests. The breakfast food service could be delayed, though, as the word complementary suggests. It's a walk from Dwarka sector 9 metro station, and also very near NBE board of examination, so I'd suggest it to doctors attending NBE counseling. Overall, a good experience.

The staff are friendly, and the rooms are luxurious. A very good hotel.
