The room was filthy enough to keep me awake all night. It had a stained bedsheet, barely working lights, an AC that hardly worked, and a completely unusable fridge. When I asked to move rooms, they ignored me. The staff were disrespectful and the service was terrible. This was the worst stay of my travels, like a rat’s burrow or a pig’s home. Never stay here.
They took a token payment through OYO, but at check-in said they weren’t accepting OYO bookings and charged extra. The AC didn’t work, the sheets were very dirty, the room wasn’t clean or maintained, and there was a terrible smell. Hygiene was poor, and the washroom was dirty, in bad condition, and had no water. Staff didn’t respond when I complained. A waste of money, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
There wasn’t even water coming from the taps, and I don’t think the supply was available 24/7. Basic soap wasn’t provided either. I called to ask, but they still didn’t bring it, so I had to go to reception myself for everything. Some rooms had no TV, while others had one with a broken screen, and some had no AC. They also wouldn’t let me pay through the app, which meant I couldn’t get the discount I expected. This was my worst hotel stay so far. Don’t waste your money here.
My key wasn’t available, the room and washroom had lots of cockroaches, and cleaning was poor. The bedsheets were dusty and the TV didn’t work. They also charged extra after I’d already paid the full amount online through OYO.
The rooms were damp and smelled bad, and the bathroom also stank because there was no water supply. Reception said a plumber was coming, and people in nearby rooms were complaining about the water too. The room doors were broken around the locks, so you couldn’t lock them from outside when leaving. This isn’t a place I’d stay.
