The Royal Oakes

The calm, pleasant surroundings made me feel secure, and the stay turned out even better than I'd expected. I was there for three nights and two days. Staff were polite, well-mannered, and welcoming throughout. My room was clean and maintained, with the facilities I needed and a comfortable, luxurious feel. Room service was quick and efficient. I'd recommend this hotel for comfort, luxury, and good service.

The private terrace at The Royal Oakes gave us peaceful views of the roadside, and the suite felt like a quiet retreat. It was spacious, very clean, and elegantly furnished, with modern conveniences including AC, a flat-screen TV, and an electric blanket. The staff's warm, friendly manner made me feel welcome from arrival, and their care and attentiveness helped me feel comfortable and secure in a new place. They go out of their way to help, so the stay feels more like being at home than at a hotel. The location is prime and the price was reasonable for it, making this good value. There are only two terrace suites, so I'd recommend booking ahead.

The reception area didn't feel very welcoming, and the lighting could be cozier, perhaps with bedside lamps. We felt comfortable there overall, though. On arrival, the cleanliness wasn't great, but the manager checked in with us the next day and arranged for everything to be cleaned to a high standard. That was really nice.

I was in India from the US with my mom for business and needed somewhere decent to stay for two or three nights. The newly built property was clean and well maintained during my visit in Oct 2024. Staff were accessible, well-mannered, and obedient. On my last day, I had some extra time, and we had a meaningful conversation with the owner. It's a family-run place, and they give guests personal care and warmth. It feels like home. Highly recommended, and great value for the money.
