The rooms are dim and have no ventilation, and they’re unhygienic and left uncleaned. The complimentary breakfast was very bad, and housekeeping isn’t doing its job properly. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. Guests keep raising the same issues in reviews, but management seems least bothered about dealing with them. The owners also seem to ignore the reviews, putting guest safety and hygiene at risk. Others have left consistently poor reviews too. It’s a lodge type of accommodation with prices like a 3 star hotel.

I’ve stayed here twice for work, first for 6 nights and then for two, and both stays were awesome. The staff were polite and responsive, and the room had lots of space. The breakfast they put together was fabulous. Highly recommended.

Whenever I’m in Delhi, I often stay at Saga. It’s in an extremely convenient spot, and the staff are warm and helpful around the clock. Food is another big plus, and it’s available at any time. The washroom isn’t great for me, though it’s still functional. I’ll be back soon!

The property was beautiful and peaceful, and everything was very well maintained. Staff and management were extremely helpful, making things easy from check-in through check-out. A lovely place to relax and unwind. I’d definitely come again.

The staff member was very rude and had the audacity to say they couldn’t run hot water for 24 hours. In winter, having set times for the boiler is really annoying. The room itself could be better, and the cleanliness wasn’t up to the mark.
