I booked through OYO, but they refused me entry and still took 1500 rs. I spent two hours on a call with customer care. What a waste of time and a harassing experience. Please don’t go there.

The hotel name shown on Google doesn’t match the one at the actual location, and the place is down a narrow lane, nowhere near the main road. Service was pathetic. Check the room before booking, because they don’t give fresh bedsheets at check-in. There wasn’t any hot water in the room either.

Maybe it’s inexpensive, but they charge you for no reason. The worst hotel I’ve ever been to. I’ve seen the staff fighting with guests, and none of them seemed to have a service or hospitality background.

Don’t book here under any circumstances. They show one rate, then add extra laundry charges when you arrive at the hotel. It’s fraud.

A third-class property. The rooms stink, the bathrooms smell, and sometimes they don’t even accept the booking, so you have to go to nearby hotels. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.
