The bedsheets were very dirty, and the staff were rude. There isn't a proper lock or card system for the rooms. They use a 'Jugad' to open them, so you can't lock your room after leaving. There's no room-service call option either, and the phone in the room doesn't work. Pathetic experience. Never go to this hotel.

SCAM!! The room didn't match the pictures on OYO. The bathroom mirror was broken and held together with tape, and there was broken glass where the exhaust should have been. The room door had no lock or key for us to use. It's a central lock system, so the receptionist has to open and lock it every time. Inside, the sheet was dirty, stained, and burnt, with hair strands on the bed. The bed springs were poor, and the room and walls were dirty.
