We couldn’t stay here despite having a booking, and had to find somewhere else to sleep. Our deluxe room was filthy, including the bedsheets, toilet, and extra mattress. The breakfast choices were very limited and didn’t look hygienic either. It was a terrible stay. Definitely not recommended.

I booked through MakeMyTrip, but the room didn’t match the pictures. It felt cramped, and the cleanliness was only average. The stay was manageable, though the listing had set higher expectations. The room presentation and maintenance need improvement. Not worth it.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were neat and clean, with water available 24 hours. I came from Andhra for official work at Gurugram Devfest. The reception staff were humble and helpful, the boys welcomed me well, and the ambience was nice.

The room was dirty and there was a water problem. The fridge didn’t work, and check-in was painful and insulting. Staff behaved badly, with arrogant and unprofessional service. Please don’t book this hotel. 👎

I booked a room from 1 January to 7 January, and the experience was disgusting. The staff changed the blanket and towel day by day, but didn’t change anything else, they only did service. Laundry wasn’t provided for our clothes, and we didn’t get them back for three or four days. If you can’t manage it, shut the hotel down. What’s the point of showing it online? What are they charging 4k a day for?
