We left after less than an hour. I checked in with my family at 10:17 and checked out at 11:10. While we were there, a man and a woman came in. The man seemed to be a regular, while the woman looked new, and they took a room for just a couple of hours. It didn’t feel very family friendly. 😕 The rooms were filthy, with cockroaches and unclean linens. I got my two-and-a-half-year-old daughters out of there as quickly as I could. With conditions like that, I didn’t feel it was safe. Don’t be tempted by the cheap rates.

I’ve been coming to your hotel often with four other men, and they usually stay in room 101, 201 or 301. The price has gone from Rs. 1500 to Rs. 1800 and then Rs. 2000. Today, 10th February 2026, I was asked for Rs. 2500. Mr. Rohit, your employee, spoke to me with an attitude and in a way that wasn’t appropriate, even though I’m a regular customer. I don’t think I’ll come back. I suspect he may be speaking the same way to other guests too. If you don’t take action against him, I’ll take action against him.

One of the worst hotel experiences. The staff weren’t cooperative, and I’d seriously say don’t come back. NEVER BOOK THIS, NEVER EVER. They told me this hotel is only for couples.

Vivah Residency s Hotelzo is in Paschim Vihar near Behra Enclave, and the location is average. The reception staff were very casual, and the place didn’t feel professional. Even with an advance booking, they couldn’t get rooms ready on time. Cleaning was poor too. There were webs on the window panels and lots of dust by the windows. Out of the 10 rooms we booked, not one had a dustbin.
