We came with the whole family, including seven elders and two children, four of them aged, and this place didn’t feel like a hotel at all. We booked two AC triple rooms and one non-AC double room. The manager was rude to visitors, and the rooms were filthy. The curtains were covered in dirt, there were insects, spiders and lizards around, floor tiles were coming apart, and the sheets and pillow covers were extremely dirty. Bathroom tap heads were loose and coming off. The manager said we should stay in a 5-star hotel, but at 1600 rupees even a 2-star place would be better than this. This was the worst non-hotel we’ve stayed in, and I wouldn’t recommend bringing a family here.

Being right in the city made it easy to get to the attractions, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel was spotless. Great customer service and a great place to stay.

The owner was very rude, and we were charged an extra 300 for each visitor after booking rooms at 1200 a night. The room was tiny and unhygienic, the bedsheet was dirty, the AC was just for show and didn’t work, and the washroom was like a public toilet. There were termites, cockroaches and lizards everywhere. Very bad experience, don’t waste your time or money staying here. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
