A convenient choice if you have an early flight and want to avoid Bengaluru traffic. The hotel is very close to Bengaluru International Airport, and the rooms are neat and clean. Staff are helpful, free soap and shampoo are provided, food can be ordered to the room, and there's free Wi-Fi. I gave it four stars because the newly opened hotel didn't have card payment.
I stayed two days and had a lot of difficulties. The bathroom was dirty and unhygienic, and there was no room service during my stay. When I asked about the complimentary breakfast included in my OYO booking, the reception staff didn't respond properly and misbehaved with me again. They also spoke badly to us at check-in, using language that made us feel like beggars. The amenities were very poor. Anyone considering a stay here should think about what I went through.
I booked through OYO and specifically asked whether I could pay by card before confirming. When I arrived early in the morning hoping to rest before work, I found that card payment wasn't accepted and that PhonePe was the only option. They wasted all my time.
The rooms are okay for space, beds, and AC, but the drinking water, towels, bathrooms, and TV were somewhat problematic. You can order home delivery from restaurants about 5 km away. It's 1.2 km from the main road or Mc Donald.
The room was neat and clean, and room service was really good. The employees were very helpful, and the special tea at breakfast in the morning was very good. I'm very happy.
