This was my third visit. The location is convenient, and the rooms and washrooms were clean and well maintained. The front desk was welcoming and supportive. Breakfast was good, though there's room to improve it. Original fruit juice would be better than flavored pulp juice. Since the hotel is on the highway, there's always some noise. Soundproofing the front-facing rooms would make the stay better.

I left a valuable asset in my room, then contacted the hotel a day later. They helped find it and handed it over to my friend. That's good service. It's a good transit hotel for anyone traveling through Bengaluru International Airport. I'll definitely stay here again when I travel from Bangalore. Happy customer.

I booked through EMT on both occasions, in January and February of 2026. The first stay went well, so I came back. The rooms were spacious and clean, the location seemed very convenient for getting to the airport, and the food was good. Breakfast included a buffet as well as live kitchen facilities. The staff made it feel homely. Mr. Nabraj, the manager on evening shifts, the restaurant and housekeeping staff, and a smart young man serving breakfast were all courteous and supportive. I forgot his name, but he was always ready to help at other times too. Best wishes to them. I'll certainly consider staying again if I'm visiting Bangalore and need to get to the airport.

I've stayed here before, and checked in again earlier this week. The quality is still the same as when it first opened. Purple Cloud team has kept things consistent over the years, which makes customers happy. Rooms are clean and hygienic, the staff are polite and helpful, and being close to the airport is a big plus. Keep up the good work, team PC!

The rooms are nice and well kept, and getting to the airport in under 15 minutes was great. My brief interactions with staff felt a bit off, though. They weren't very welcoming or friendly at check-in or check-out, and room service was quite slow.
